Parker in his new vest from his grandma in Florida
And the back of the vest - Just As Nice
Trimming of the house; note the train track going in under tree
The bannister with its red bows.
The creche. The boys are giving Baby Jesus 'some private time'.

I love that vest! And the trains under the tree - gorgeous!!
(I'm making our kids wait until December 1, which is about three weeks earlier than they usually get the tree but I am especially jolly this year for some reason!)
Beautiful. (the boy, the vest, the tree and your house.)
That couch looks quite alot like the one in my family room! What a sweet smile on your little model. He's such a good sport!
Everything is just lovely, but tell me. How many times a day do you go up and down those STAIRS?
Bec, our tree she is half decorated. The bottom half, of course. All ajumble.
Carolyn - Thanks!
Sueeeeus - That couch is from England furniture company. Note that the back cusions are NON REMOVABLE. So they stay ON the couch! Yes! And Oldest? He is a good sport.
Paula - It is worse than you think. This house is 3 levels. There are 16 steps to THE LOWER LEVEL. Where the boys' playroom is. Where our BunSter lives. Where the media room is. And I refuse to allow 'staging' on any of the stairs. The stuff that goes up, goes up. Right then. The stuff that goes down? Okay, THAT gets thrown down the lower level stairs. But you get the idea...
What a lovely house!! And that they're giving Baby Jesus a moment to himself--that is just precious!
I'm waiting for the year that my dad decides he has enough time again to put the train under the tree (now that we're all grown-ups, you understand...)
Also, of course, Parker looks adorable. Grandma has good taste.
I think your son looks gorgeous, as does your calm, serene-looking house.
I love your boys' smiles!
Baby Jesus disowned by his family at such a tender age.
Sigh.
